Hey, friends! Always chasing that perfect crunch in my French toast, but mine ends up more on the soggy side. I've tried tweaking bread thickness and frying temp, but no luck. Any secret techniques or tips out there for keeping that outer layer beautifully crisp? Would love to hear your strategies!

The struggle is real with soggy French toast 🥹 I find letting the bread soak for too long is the culprit ..Try a quick dunk, just a few seconds per side. Also, make sure your pan is hot enough before adding the butter coz sizzling hot is key for a crispy sear ;)
