Hey everyone! 🌟 I'm trying to tone down the tangy kick in my chicken curry. Any seasoned chefs out there with some ideas to share? It's not that I don't like a little tang. Sometimes it's just too much. I want to achieve that perfect balance of flavors without it overwhelming my taste buds. Any tips or tricks you swear by? Much appreciated!

I think adding a bit of sweetness, like coconut milk or a touch of sugar, can help balance out the tanginess. Though, be careful not to overdo it! Taste as you go. Good luck! 🥥🌶️

I've found that adding a spoonful of yogurt or sour cream can help tone down the tanginess in chicken curry. 🥣🍛 I think the dairy adds richness and smoothness, though.
