Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 Scotch bonnet peppers, seeded and chopped (use gloves!)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Procedure
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop and measure all your ingredients for easy blending.
- Blend It Up: Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
