I recently made this Jerk Shrimp recipe, and it was a total hit! The shrimp came out perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of heat and flavor. It’s a quick and tasty dish that brings a bit of Caribbean flair to your table.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, and minced garlic until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re pink and cooked through.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and give it a quick stir.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro if you like, and serve immediately.
This dish is packed with flavor and is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun gathering with friends. Enjoy the zesty kick! 🍤
