- 1 tbsp erythritol or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener
- Butter or coconut oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or coconut oil.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly toppings like berries, whipped cream, or sugar-free syrup.
