Hey everyone, I want to introduce you to a delicious keto pancake recipe! 🥞✨ These low-carb pancakes are perfect for a healthy and tasty breakfast. Enjoy!

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp erythritol or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener
  • Butter or coconut oil for cooking

Instructions:​

  1. In a blender, combine the cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or coconut oil.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly toppings like berries, whipped cream, or sugar-free syrup.
