🥩 **Ingredients**:
- 500g pork shoulder or pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic.
2. Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Lay the marinated pork slices on a wire rack or tray, ensuring they don’t overlap. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Place the tray in direct sunlight for about 4-6 hours, flipping the pork halfway through, until the pork is dry but still slightly pliable.
