Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
Procedure:

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, and cover them with more foil.
  5. Bake for about 3-4 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven, uncover, and brush with barbecue sauce.
  7. Broil for 5-7 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
