Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mix all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, and cover them with more foil.
