Enjoy a colorful and nutritious dish with Pad Phak Ruam Mit, a stir-fry packed with fresh mixed vegetables!
**Ingredients**:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1/2 cup baby corn, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water or vegetable broth
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
**Instructions**:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, bell pepper, snap peas, and baby corn. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the water or vegetable broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
5. Continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy the vibrant and healthy Pad Phak Ruam Mit!
