- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle or dipping)
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Bananas:
- Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Assemble the Bites:
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto one banana slice and top it with another slice to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining banana slices.
- Optional Toppings:
- If you want to add a chocolate drizzle or dip, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the banana bites or dip half of each bite into the chocolate.
- For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed nuts or granola over the top.
- Chill:
- Place the banana bites on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until the peanut butter and chocolate are set.
- Serve:
