Craving something crispy and satisfying? 🍽️ Try this easy Pork Katsu recipe—perfectly golden, tender pork cutlets that are crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Serve it with a side of steamed rice and some fresh veggies for a delicious dinner the whole family will love!

**Pork Katsu - Pork Cutlet Recipe:**

*Ingredients:*
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying

*Instructions:*
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each pork chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
4. Drain on paper towels, slice, and serve hot with tonkatsu sauce.
