Hey everyone! If you’ve got a couple of ripe bananas lying around and you’re in the mood for some homemade goodness, this banana bread recipe is perfect. It’s super simple and delicious—let’s get baking!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas

- 1/2 cup melted butter

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- Pinch of salt

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- Preheat Your Oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C).


- Prepare Bananas: Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.


- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

- Combine Ingredients: Add the mashed bananas to the wet mixture and stir until combined.

- Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour. Stir until just combined.

- Pour Batter: Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.

- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
