- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or lamb over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
