It's a sign that you should try shrimp for today!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound (about 450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Your favorite taco toppings: shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, cilantro, lime wedges, salsa, sour cream, etc.
Instructions:
- Prepare the shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice until well coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them, as shrimp can become rubbery if cooked too long. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Warm the tortillas: While the shrimp is cooking, warm the tortillas. You can do this by heating them in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side or by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
- Assemble the tacos: Fill each tortilla with cooked shrimp and your favorite toppings. Feel free to get creative here! Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, salsa, sour cream, or any other toppings you like.
- Serve and enjoy: Once assembled, serve the shrimp tacos immediately while they're still warm. They make a delicious and satisfying meal that's perfect for any occasion.
