  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions:

  1. Cook Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Combine: Return beef to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
