I recently made these Spicy Szechuan Noodles, and let me tell you, they pack a flavorful punch! 🌶️ The sauce is rich, spicy, and has just the right amount of kick—perfect for when you're craving something bold and delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppercorns, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Cook the sauce for a minute or two until it’s well combined.
  4. Toss the cooked noodles into the sauce, making sure they’re evenly coated.
  5. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
These noodles are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or when you want to spice things up. The flavors are so addictive, you’ll want to make this again and again. Enjoy! 🍜
