Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 500g chicken breast, sliced thinly
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 red chilies, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and chilies, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the onion and bell pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Add the basil leaves and stir until wilted.
7. Serve hot with jasmine rice.
