4 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) .
In a bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Make sure they’re well-coated!
Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
