- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), garlic, and ginger.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
