Ingredients:- 2 top sirloin steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or pan to high heat. If using a pan, add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the steaks on the grill or in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, add butter, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. Spoon the melted butter and herbs over the steaks.
- Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
