**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Oil for frying
- Tartar sauce (for topping)

**Instructions:**
1. Coat the chicken in a mixture of flour and cornstarch, then fry until crispy.
2. Simmer soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and mirin in a pan until slightly thickened.
3. Toss fried chicken in the vinegar sauce until fully coated.
4. Serve topped with tartar sauce.
