Oh, hey there, cheese lovers! Got a serious craving for something rich, chocolatey, and absolutely loaded with cheese? Then these Triple Cheese Brownie Bombs are gonna be your new obsession. With just three main ingredients, they're stupid-easy to whip up and crazy delicious. Let's get baking!
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 box of brownie mix (plus whatever ingredients the box calls for)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
That's it! Told you it was only 3 ingredients
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Grease up a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
- Make the brownie batter following the directions on the box. Nobody's judging if you want to use a little extra oil or egg for an extra fudgy brownie.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until it's thoroughly combined. It'll be a little tough to mix at first, but keep at it!
- Spoon a little brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 1/3 of the way. Just eyeball it, no need to get crazy precise.
- Top each one with a dollop of the cheesy mixture. Again, just eyeball amounts here. A big spoonful or two should do it.
- Finally, cover that cheesy goodness with another spoonful of brownie batter. Make sure to seal in those cheese pockets!
- Bake according to the brownie mix instructions, probably around 20-25 minutes. Just keep an eye on them.
- Allow the brownie bombs to cool for a few minutes before digging in. The molten cheese center is no joke!
