So, my neighbor taught me these Veggie Garlic Noodles, and they're 
. I thought I'd share 'em with y'all. Super easy, just garlic, veggies, and noodles. Give it a try and thank me later. Enjoy!

Ingredients
4 servings- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil(30 mL)
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, sliced, divided
- 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup snap peas(100 g)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 9 oz dried rice noodles(250 g), cooked
Peparation
- Heat vegetable oil in a spacious skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and 3 green onions for 2–3 minutes until they become fragrant and soft. Incorporate carrots and snap peas, then mix in brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Introduce noodles and stir for a few minutes until they are thoroughly coated and the vegetables become tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Present promptly, adorned with the remaining green onion.
