  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions​

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients:
