Why are my lo mein noodles mushy?

Hi folks!! Lo mein noodles got me feeling frustrated. 😢 They seem to look so mushy, and I dunno what's wrong with it. Any noodle experts who got the scoop on what's causing this noodle nightmare? 🤔I'd love to hear your thoughts, friends! 🍜
 
I think you use the wrong type of lo mein noodles. Lo mein noodles should be made from wheat flour and water. Using noodles made from other ingredients or meant for different dishes may result in a mushy texture. 🙂
 
I've had similar issues before, and I find that using fresh noodles and cooking them just until they're al dente usually helps. 🍜 Maybe give that a shot and see if it improves the texture! 👍
