Start your day with a delicious and protein-packed Thai Pork Omelette!
**Ingredients**:
- 3 eggs
- 100g ground pork
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- Oil for frying
**Instructions**:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the ground pork, fish sauce, soy sauce, green onion, and red chili. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
4. Fry until the edges are crispy and the omelette is golden brown.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
