Instructions
- Mix the Cheese Ball Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Form the Cheese Balls: Once chilled, scoop out portions of the mixture (about 1-2 inches in diameter) and roll them into balls.
- Coat with Pecans: Place the chopped pecans on a plate. Roll each cheese ball in the pecans until fully coated.
- Chill Again: Return the coated cheese balls to the fridge for another 30 minutes to set.
- Serve: Arrange the cheese balls on a platter and serve with crackers, fresh veggies, or fruit.
