Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan generously with butter and dust it with flour, ensuring all areas are covered using a pastry brush to reach into the crevices.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together both types of flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of sugar, apple cider, olive oil, applesauce, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until everything is thoroughly combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Bake the cake, rotating the pan halfway through, until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, which should take around 45 to 50 minutes.
  7. Once baked, transfer the pan to a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  8. While the cake is cooling, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  9. After 15 minutes, invert the warm cake onto the wire rack. Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle it liberally with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
