Ingredients​

Instructions​

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add kimchi and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and gochugaru (if using), and stir well.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds before serving.

2. Bulgogi Bokkeum (Stir-fried Marinated Beef)

Ingredients​

  • 1 pound beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions​

  1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
