- 1 pound chicken feet
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare Chicken Feet: Wash and trim chicken feet.
- Cook: Blanch chicken feet in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Make Sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
- Braise: Sauté chicken feet until browned. Add sauce and simmer for 1.5-2 hours until tender.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions. Enjoy your flavorful chicken feet!
