- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Procedure
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the Flavors:
- Stir in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and black pepper until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Place your chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, or wings) in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure all pieces are well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Cook the Chicken:
- When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
