Maybe some of you haven't tried this yet, so maybe this is worth sharing
Ingredients:
• 4 slices of your favorite bread (white, whole wheat, sourdough – take your pick!)
• 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, Swiss – choose your cheese adventure!)
• Butter, softened (for spreading)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
2. Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
4. Layer a slice of cheese on each slice of bread in the skillet.
5. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
6. Cook the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
7. Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute or two.
8. Slice diagonally (because it’s more fun that way!) and serve hot.
9. Enjoy your Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich with a side of your favorite soup or a crisp salad for the perfect comfort meal!
