- 1 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled

- Cocoa powder for dusting
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and matcha powder until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the matcha mixture until fully combined.
