- 2 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
- Optional: chopped nuts or shredded coconut for garnish
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the bowl with the dissolved gelatin. Stir gently to combine.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the gelatin mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch serving dish or mold. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the Orange Gelatin Salad for at least 4 hours, or until set.
