  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Optional: chopped nuts or shredded coconut for garnish

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the bowl with the dissolved gelatin. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the gelatin mixture.
