Procedure:
  1. Mix the Batter: In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, mashed banana, eggs, milk, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  2. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
  3. Cook Until Bubbles: Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
