- 3 cups mini pretzel twists (about 6 ounces)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- One 8-ounce container frozen whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed
- One 6-ounce package strawberry flavored gelatin, such as Jell-O
- 16 ounces strawberries, hulled and sliced thin
- Crush mini pretzel twists in a food processor with sugar and melted butter. Press this mixture into a baking dish and bake until set.
