- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 jar (about 24 oz) marinara sauce
- Fresh basil or additional Parmesan for garnish (optional)
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then shape into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the Meatballs:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
- Cook the Pasta:
