  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, plus 2 tbsp.
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup keto-friendly dark chocolate chips

  1. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, ¼ cup coconut oil, and salt until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Form tablespoon-sized balls and chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave.

  6. Chill again for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
