Ingredients:
- 500g pork belly, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- Steamed rice, for serving
- Optional toppings: soft-boiled egg, pickled mustard greens, chopped scallions
Instructions:
- In a pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the pork belly slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar. Stir well.
