- 2 oz (60ml) white rum
- 3 oz (90ml) pineapple juice
- 2 oz (60ml) coconut cream
- 1 cup of ice
- Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
- In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry if desired.

- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
