Craving something savory and spicy? This Spicy Korean Beef Bowl is a delicious fusion dish thatā€™s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Packed with flavors and super satisfying, letā€™s get cooking!

Ingredients:

ā€¢ 1 tbsp sesame oil
ā€¢ 1 onion, finely chopped
ā€¢ 4 garlic cloves, minced
ā€¢ 1 tbsp ginger, minced
ā€¢ 1/4 cup soy sauce
ā€¢ 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
ā€¢ 2 tbsp brown sugar
ā€¢ 1 tbsp rice vinegar
ā€¢ 1 tsp sesame seeds
ā€¢ 2 green onions, sliced
ā€¢ Cooked rice for serving
ā€¢ Optional: sautĆ©ed vegetables (like carrots, zucchini, and spinach)

Procedure:

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
6. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir to coat the beef evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
8. Serve the beef over a bowl of cooked rice, and add sautƩed vegetables if desired.
